TICKETSThe Second Golden Plains is now completely sold out of all tickets at all outlets and online. There will be no further allocations – the festival is sold out. If you have already purchased tickets online, even in the ballot last year, please note that they are being sent out now. So if you have not yet received them - don’t panic. Greentix will send you an email confirming that your order has been processed and tickets are on their way. We delayed delivery to avoid Christmas post issues, and people being away from their homes over the holiday period. As tickets are sent using Registered Post, someone has to be at the postal address to sign for the tickets. All tickets will be posted out by February 15. .If you have an enquiry about Online tickets you have purchased, click here.TIMESThere is one type of ticket only. It gets you the whole weekend, with access to the festival from 8am Saturday 8 March through to 2pm Monday 10 March (a public holiday). Music is made from the stage from 1pm Saturday to 6am Monday. Monday is breakfast and a late check out. Free parking and camping is of course included. CHEATERS PLEASE BE WARNEDAt the Supernatural Amphitheatre, great pride is taken in providing festival-goers with a premium festival experience; by ensuring the number of people at the event is comfortable, by providing spacious camping and unhindered viewing, by ensuring quick entry at the Gate and minimal queuing at facilities. There is also a long-running ethos of trusting that people will generally do the right thing, and that if you put a bit of trust out there, you will be amazed at how often it is re-paid. Lost wallets are often handed in with cash intact; campers help other campers to set up tents; people look after each other. General goodwill and bonhomie means the atmosphere is positive and harmonious… and the dickhead is not celebrated. However a certain number of people are now outside this Circle of Trust, and we have no choice but to take action that safeguards the ongoing high standards of the festival… Over the years some people have cheated their way in to the festival without a ticket. This means the size of the crowd is larger, the facilities have more people using them, and the amphitheatre is fuller. Enough is enough. From now on anyone caught trying to cheat their way in will be immediately handed over to the Police. There is now a zero tolerance policy, so please be warned: DO NOT
Anyone that does so is in fact breaking the law and will be prosecuted, facing significant financial penalties and even a criminal conviction. Not only that, their friends are going to be very flat on them too. Any vehicle found harbouring a cheater – and all its occupants - will now be refused entry to the festival. All occupants will also be removed from mailing lists and ticket ballots and banned from future festivals at the Meredith Supernatural Amphitheatre. Even if one person in a vehicle is trying to sneak in, these penalties will apply to all occupants. Please don’t risk it. All vehicles will be subject to thorough searches at or before Reception. Those who went to Meredith or Golden Plains last year know our Gate Entry system is fast and efficient. If at Golden Plains your wait to get in is extended, please note that this is because every vehicle will be thoroughly searched and every boot will be opened. Victoria Police will have a Mobile Police Station on site. There will be gate, ground and aerial patrols in operation – specifically to stop people sneaking in. TICKET DETAILSLost, stolen or damaged tickets will not be replaced. We have no way of verifying that lost tickets are genuinely lost, so it's a blanket 'no' on that one. Sorry, but try to see it from our side. Heaps of people try it on. Guard your ticket with your life, treat it like cash, it can't be replaced. You will need Photo ID to prove you are over 18 if you wish to enter a licensed area on site, or purchase alcohol from any of the bars. Even if you are 55 and look 70, if you haven't got ID, you won't be served.
