FREQUENTLY GIVEN ANSWERS

Here are some frequently given answers relating to Golden Plains

TICKETS
Tickets are completely sold out of all allocations at all outlets. There will be none for sale at the gate. You are permitted to on-sell your ticket, if you can no longer attend, at no more than face value.

All tickets purchased online will be sent out between February 1 and February 15, even if purchased months prior. This is to avoid Christmas post issues and people being away on holidays. Tickets are sent Registered Post so someone needs to be at the nominated postal address to sign for delivery.

GATES, TIMES

Gates open at 8am on the Saturday. You cannot arrive earlier than that or you will be moved on. Roadblocks will be in place from the day prior to stop people camping on the side of the road – which is not permitted. Please respect the local community who allow this festival to happen by not arriving prior to 8am Saturday. Thanks! There’s plenty of good camping for all…

Live music starts being made from the stage at 1pm Saturday and happens all night until 5am Sunday. It then starts again at 10am Sunday and runs until 6am Monday. There is no live music Monday, that’s the day to leave, after breakfast and a late checkout. Gates close Monday at 1pm. Please ensure you are fit to drive if indeed you are driving home, on Monday.
